John Geagan
President
As President, Mr. Geagan manages all facets of the brand, from implementing its vision and mission to steering its strategic direction.
Previously with ALW as Vice President of Sales, John's career is distinguished by prominent positions in sales, marketing and product development at Architectural Systems Inc. and Louis Poulsen Lighting, as well as Hess America and Experience Brands where he thrived in leadership roles to enhance sales and cultivate key industry partnerships. Under John's leadership starting in 2023, ALW was able to break several sales records. His deep market knowledge and sharp understanding of specifier needs are essential in driving Sternberg's strategic growth initiatives. John holds an MBA from Boston University.
Michael Renner
VP of Marketing & Sales
As VP of Marketing & Sales, Mr. Renner develops and implements upstream strategies, as well as the downstream activities for Marketing, oversees the Outside and Inside Sales teams, directs new product development, and manages the product portfolio.
Mike brings over 30 years of experience in product development, beginning at (Genlyte) Stonco in 1990, then (Genlyte) Hadco and later Philips Lighting.
Guy Diepenbrock
Senior Director of Operations
As Senior Director of Operations, Mr. Diepenbrock oversees all quality assurance, factory, and supply chain functions. His coordination of partners, artisan painters, welders, and fabricators empowers customers to dream big with their designs.
Guy has been a team member of Sternberg for more than 15 years, and has over 20 years of supply chain, inventory control, ERP, and project management experience in manufacturing, distribution, and the hospitality industry.
