Once threatened by residential development, the 3-acre Branhilda Richardson Knowles Memorial Park and Historic Cemetery in Deerfield Beach FL was preserved by the city as a tribute to it's namesake, families and veterans that were once buried at the site. The three monuments serve as solemn remembrance of those African-Americans, many of whom were Bahamians that lived and worked in the area. Sternberg Tinley 1220LED pendant luminaires on Fort Collins 4200 poles illuminate the pedestrian walkways throughout the park.
