TWO PIECE BASE COVER The 14-9/16" high by 12" diameter base cover shall be designed to fit 4" diameter fluted or smooth shaft poles. This base cover is designed to fit small diameter pole shafts and scaled to dress up street sign poles on residential and commercial sites.The design of the base cover is historic and will match the Sternberg 4200 Augusta and the 5200 Barrington pole designs.
